like to order and allow me to send you a paypal
invoice that will not include shipping fees. At this
time I am unable to get paypal to properly recognize a
shipping discount for local deliveries in the regular
shopping-cart transacton. Another option is to go thru
with the transaction, but leave a comment in "note to
seller" that you would like the item delivered locally
and I will refund the shipping charges thru paypal.
GOAT MILK AND ALOE Handcream or LOTION
available unscented or in our Healing Hands blend
Our handcream and lotion is made with goat milk and
organic aloe vera juice combined with organic oils of
sunflower, olive, meadowfoam and jojoba. These oils
nourish and protect the skin. Our blend is formulated
with both small and large molecular oils so that the
lotion can protect not only the most outer surface of
the skin, but so that it can soak into the deeper layers,
softening and nourishing. Vegetable glycerine is naturally
moisturizing, and assists in hydrating the skin while the
oils help to maintain a moisture balance. Emulsifying wax,
stearic acid and cetyl alcohol are used to combine the oils
and milk and aloe into a stable solution. Unlike regular
alcohols, cetyl alcohol is a fatty alcohol, that is actually
emmollient, and helps to emulsify and thicken the lotion.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin complex with antioxidant
effects. Antioxidants fight free radicals, Vitamin C and
Germall Plus are preservatives to prevent bacterial growth
in the lotion itself. Our daughter has celiac disease, and
thus, NO gluten based ingredients are ever used in making
our products.
The lotion and handcream contain the same
ingredients, in different proportions. The handcream
is thicker and more concentrated than the lotion. Neither
product is greasy and both are usually fully absorbed within
a couple of minutes. The handcream is a favorite for many of
our friends with careers in nursing and medicine because the
small flat jars are easy to keep in a locker, desk drawer,
pocket or bag, and it really helps soothe and protect from
dry cracking hands that come with repetitive hand-washing.
The hand creme comes in a 4 ounce, wide mouth clear plastic
jar with a twist off lid.
The lotion comes in amber flip top bottles, there are 8oz
and 16 oz lotion sizes. Our lotion and handcream are sold
by volume, meaning that we fill the 4, 8 and 16 ounce
containers to capacity with product rather than weigh
each container.
Parham Farms Healing Hands is our own formula of essential
oils in lotion and hand creme that we use on the farm ourselves.
The Healing Hands formulation includes essential oils of:
Helichrysum, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Lavender, Geranium,
Bay, and Carrot Seed.
